FAQs
Find answers to common questions about our services and how we can assist you.
Does Tricon self-perform its work, or do you subcontract your projects?
Tricon proudly self-performs the majority of our work. From civil and structural foundations to mechanical installation and fabrication, our in-house crews handle every phase of construction with the precision, safety, and accountability that only a self-performing contractor can deliver.
Because we control our own manpower, equipment, and scheduling, we’re able to maintain tighter quality control, faster response times, and safer, more predictable results on every project. When specialized trades are needed, we selectively partner with proven subcontractors who meet our same high standards — but our core execution always starts and ends with Tricon crews.
In short: we don’t just manage projects — we build them.
Can you manage plant shutdowns and live-facility tie-ins?
Absolutely — our teams plan safe tie-ins and upgrades without risking unplanned downtime.
How do you keep power plant or process work on schedule?
Daily foreman meetings, tight milestone tracking, and real QA/QC keep work moving with no slip.
Do you coordinate multiple trades on industrial sites?
Yes — we integrate with your GC or act as the GC to manage subs and keep scopes aligned.
What’s your approach to safety and compliance?
Zero-injury planning, daily audits, and full adherence to OSHA and site-specific compliance standards.
